With the numerous ways that TVCC communicates with members; including the TVCC Facebook Page, the TVCC forum, emails to members from Cruise masters, and the TVCC newsletter, many of us are suffering information overload.  Consequently, starting in December, the Paddler Tattler will contain primarily upcoming events and announcements that will be published in total within the email going to members.  Previously, the email promoted multiple articles with only a short description and a link taking the reader to the full articles on the TVCC website.  Instead of one long newsletter going out at the end/beginning of each month, an effort will be to send out the shorten email newsletter while events are still current, consequently, readers may receive several emails each month.  All articles of significant content will be replicated here to archive them in a searchable format.   From your editor, S.
