The Talking Rock Creek overnighter jump trip recently was a blast.  The river was flowing well and about a foot higher than I think I have ever done it. The water was aqua clear and cold.  I didn’t remember it having continuous rapids all the way down, even though I have done it at least 3 times before. My core muscles definitely got a work out. The water was high enough that I didn’t recognize the big rapid until I was through it.  No need to zigzag  between boulders… We just flew straight through.  Beautiful campsite and fire under the stars.
