TVCC has a single, annual liability waiver that all members who participate in any TVCC activity must e-sign. The Liability Waiver and Risk Assumption Agreement covers all activities and all members. Members e-sign and review the waiver upon becoming a member and again when renewing their membership each year. Parents/Guardians must acknowledge agreement for their minor children. TVCC’s liability insurance carrier maintains the electronically signed waivers in their system. Your signed waiver remains in force until replaced by a subsequently signed waiver either upon membership renewal or other occasion.
