NEW!!! DATE AND LOCATION OF THE TVCC Fall Member Meeting HAS CHANGED!!! The meeting will now be held on Sept 17th at Adventures Unlimited, Ocoee TN. Come at 5:30 pm for good food and good company. TVCC will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixings. Please bring a side dish for sharing with others. TVCC will also provide some beverages, but you can always bring what you prefer to drink.

We will hold a short meeting at 6:30 pm to update members about club plans and activities (past and future) then meet and elect officers for next year. Please share your thoughts and recommendations for what you want for YOUR club in the future. Then hang around and enjoy some good times with fellow club members.

A list of proposed board officers will be provided prior to the meeting.

Please register at TVCC events so we have a good count for the food.

When: December 3th, 6pm - 10pm

Where: Reflection Riding Nature Center

Sign up on the TVCC site under the Events page. Deadline to reserve your spot is 11/26. Seats are limited.

 Cost should be no more than  $15.  We will also have some door prize give aways.  For those who wish, camping is available  for  $10 per person.  You can make reservations thru Reflection Riding.  Make sure to mention you are part of TVCC's event for that night. 

This is a potluck style dinner. Drinks and meat are provided. All in attendance should bring your favorite side dish with serving utensils. To help with conservation, please bring reusable cups, plates, and silverware if you have it!

TVCC Annual Fall Member Meeting

When: Septenber 30, 2023

What Time:  6:00 pm Start Time 

Where:  Ocoee River Experience (formerly known as River Rats); 414 Parksville Rd, Benton, TN  37307  (GPS:  35.1097, -84.6659)

Meal Options:  FREE!    Choose between a traditonal meat entre or a Vegan entre.  This will be catered by the new Blue Hole Cafe

Camping:  Primitive Camping will be available, Make youir arrangements through Ocoee River Experience:  Call them at:  423-281-4959

What to Expect:  Annual Member Meeting: highlight is the annoncement and introduction of the new TVCC Board of Directors that will guide the club in the following year.  Changes in TVCC Constitution and Bylaws will be reviewed; Award presentations and some fun entertainment. TVCC will provide a catered meal (traditional meat option or a Vegan option).  Primitve camping will be available at reduced rates if desired.
