The club’s annual Lesser Wesser Messer is one most highly anticipated trips of the year. First, imagine you are visiting the incredible Nantahala Gorge in North Carolina, complete with one of the best Kayaker’s amusement parks in the country, the NOC Campus. Then imagine you are running Lesser Wesser Falls, finding your line and skipping down over the drop, moving your hips and knees perfectly in tune with your upper body and paddle. You hit the bottom, lean, dig, and glide into the eddy on river right in one smooth velvety clean motion, raising your paddle up over your head and cheering along with a few dozen of your friends as you celebrate another perfect run.
